Mgr B2B Channel Strategy

The Manager B2B Channel Strategy leads the B2B Channel Strategy Team and provides strategic direction to meet the Company and Department goals.

• Lead day-to-day B2B Channel Strategy Team processes and prioritization
• Oversee roadmaps and project planning to ensure channel efforts are aligned to support Department goals
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key Stakeholders at partner organizations
• Identify opportunities to drive more efficiency in Team operations, as well as spot trends in channel performance
• Engage other Southwest Business Leaders and identify opportunities to improve on our Team Selling approach
• Develop cross-functional relationships with Leaders from internal partner Teams
• Analyze industry changes in technology, distribution, and settlement

• Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, with an emphasis on supplier distribution
• Knowledge of Company financial performance
• Knowledge of PC skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Skilled in building and leading great Teams
• Skilled in account/partner management strategy
• Skilled at presenting to Sr. Leadership, both written and verbal
• Ability to work cross-functionally with other Leaders from internal Teams
• Ability to communicate complex details in a concise, effective manner
• Ability to organize information and identify trends
