Senior Lead Software Engineer

As a Senior Lead Software Engineer, you will: Go deep into our product and engineering solutions with the ability to learn quickly and lead innovative solutions to complex technical problems

• Go deep into our product and engineering solutions with the ability to learn quickly and lead innovative solutions to complex technical problems
• Champion the adoption of enterprise tech standards and architecture patterns
• Advocate for open source, and internal re-use while maintaining knowledge on industry innovations, trends and practices
• Continuously improve the engineering culture by being engaged in recruitment and participating in community activities
• Be the guiding force for stakeholders in design and architecture discussions
• Effectively communicate with and influence key stakeholders across the enterprise at all levels of the organization

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
• Atleast 10 years of professional software engineering experience
• Atleast 5 years of experience in building software using at least 1 of the following: Golang, Java, Python, React (TypeScript), Rust, C++
• Atleast 3 years of experience with a public cloud (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud)
• Atleast 1 year of experience with Big Data, Data Security, Data Management, Governance and Controls
