About the role
Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to early childhood students ages 3-5. Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to early childhood students ages 3-5.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
- Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring to guide therapy adjustments.
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state regulations.
- Participate in professional development and team meetings as required.
Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working in early childhood or early intervention settings, particularly with 3-5 year-olds.
- Ability to work collaboratively with families and school personnel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
