About the role

Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to early childhood students ages 3-5. Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective intervention plans.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver individualized speech and language therapy services to early childhood students ages 3-5.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
  • Conduct evaluations and progress monitoring to guide therapy adjustments.
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with district and state regulations.
  • Participate in professional development and team meetings as required.

Requirements

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working in early childhood or early intervention settings, particularly with 3-5 year-olds.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with families and school personnel.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Commitment to supporting diverse learners in a school-based environment.
