Manager Clinical Nursing

Responsible for the management of clinical nursing practices and patient care delivery on the assigned unit(s), this role focuses on the daily operations and overall goals of a unit or department through effective resource management, including human, fiscal, material, support, and systems resources.

• Responsible for the management of clinical nursing practices and patient care delivery on the assigned unit(s)
• Coordination of total nursing care for patients, active participation in patient and family teaching
• Provision of leadership by collaborating with ancillary departments and other patient care personnel
• Oversight of staffing, training, serving as a liaison with physicians, hospital personnel, and departments
• Reporting to the designated director

• Bachelor's of Nursing
• Registered Nurse (RN)
