RN Emergency Room | Newton, Illinois

Provide critical care in a fast-paced emergency room setting, delivering compassionate and efficient nursing services to patients in need.

• Assess and triage incoming emergency patients promptly and accurately
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions closely and respond to changes with appropriate interventions
• Document patient information thoroughly and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
• Educate patients and families about care plans and follow-up instructions

• Current, valid RN license
• Proven experience in emergency room nursing
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
