Supervisor, Contract Administration – Facilities/Utilities

Responsible for the management of the contract planning and execution of 3rd party vendors under routine Master Services Agreements (MSA). Oversees a team of multi-trade Planners and Technicians that will work as direct liaison with the vendors.

• Oversee the coordination, planning, and execution of 3rd party vendors for all scopes of work covered by the MSA
• Ensure all vendors meet the requirements set forth within Universal Destinations and Experiences' (UDX) standards, local codes and regulations, industry standards for care, and contract documents
• Manage all documentation related to labor/parts procurement, preventative maintenance programs, and regulatory requirements

• 3+ Years: Supervisory experience required in conjunction with 5+ Years: Combination of operation and maintenance of Industrial / Commercial Utilities systems & components and associated auxiliary equipment
