• Actively participate in team activities
• Partner with stakeholders in a Business Analyst type role
• Define process improvement opportunities
• Assist with development and maturation of recommended solutions
• Support Delta’s global innovation initiative
• Develop and implement feedback analysis
• Support project leaders on technology programs
• Think, design, and create innovative solutions

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration (Information Technology Management), Industrial Engineering, or similar degree with applicable skills
• Team player that fosters trust, open dialogue, and healthy conflict with coworkers
• Strong interpersonal skills and servant leadership required
• Preferably a rising Sophomore or rising Junior
• Smartsheet and PowerBi experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills required
• Internally motivated, curious, ready to learn, and eager to make an impact
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and time constraints
• Project Management experience is a plus
• Experience with business cases, process mapping, and database management is a plus

• Standby travel anywhere in the Delta system while off duty
