• Assists the Chief Nursing Officer in providing leadership to nurse employees
• Develops organizational patient care programs, policies and procedures
• Analyzes clinical areas in planning, promoting and conducting organization-wide performance improvement activities

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Master's Degree in Nursing, Business Administration or similar field
• 5-7 years of nursing experience, with at least 3-5 years in a director level role
