Data Associate

We are looking for an Associate [Analytics] to join our Platform Operations team within our Product Optimization division. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support business decision-making. This role requires strong data management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal sources ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business goals.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to support data-driven decision making.
• Assist in developing data quality standards and processes.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and analyses with timely delivery.
• Document workflows, data definitions, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
• Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies, escalating issues as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience working with large datasets and proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic understanding of data modeling and database concepts.
• Excellent communication skills to explain data findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
