About the role

We are looking for an Associate [Analytics] to join our Platform Operations team within our Product Optimization division. You will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to support business decision-making. This role requires strong data management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various internal sources ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to business goals.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to support data-driven decision making.
- Assist in developing data quality standards and processes.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and analyses with timely delivery.
- Document workflows, data definitions, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
- Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies, escalating issues as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Experience working with large datasets and proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of data modeling and database concepts.
- Excellent communication skills to explain data findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
