Guest Experience Concierge Part-Time Evening

The Guest Services Concierge is one of the “first faces” at AdventHealth Zephyrhills and greatly contributes to the World Class Experience we are extending to our patients, visitors, leaders, and co-workers. Warmly greets and attends to guest needs. Understands and follows the organization’s policies, procedures and security management guest check-in process. The team member is an independent worker, meeting the day-to-day needs of our guests.

• Maintains the flow of communication, and resources for the Guest Services department
