Senior Program Manager for Silicon Planning & Partnerships

The Windows & Devices team is seeking a Senior Program Manager for silicon planning & partnerships with a passion for delivering industry-leading experiences through silicon.

• Define and drive strategies for partnering with silicon companies.
• Drive the process to evaluate opportunities for silicon technology and IP.
• Define business frameworks and drive complex business deals and contracts.
• Define and drive internal and external processes to work effectively with partners, including driving the rhythm of business with internal and partner executive teams to realize strategic objectives.
• Develop effective relationships across partner organizations and drive day-to-day engagement.
• Activate internal teams to align roadmaps/investments with silicon partners
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful co-engineering.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years experience with software or hardware technology products working in product management, business development, technical sales, or engineering.
• OR equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience defining and driving complex strategic partnerships with enterprise-scale organizations, including high-value contracts.
• 4+ years of industry experience working in a matrixed environment, demonstrating effective cross-team and cross-function collaboration and influence.
• 4+ years of experience demonstrating effective written and verbal communication and collaboration (directly or indirectly) with executive leadership to drive alignment and decision-making.
