Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or professional accountancy qualification with at least 3 years’ experience in GL accounting or audit
- Strong background in external audit and multinational financial reporting environments
- Extensive experience in accounting departments; solid knowledge of Local GAAP and preferably US GAAP
- Familiarity with taxation and statutory reporting requirements
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); able to participate in meetings and communicate financial topics clearly in English and Spanish
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and other Windows/web-based applications
- High attention to detail, strong accuracy, ability to work under pressure, and adaptable to changing environments
- Well-organized, problem-solver, assertive, able to work across all organizational levels and meet deadlines and performance goals

- Complete 3-day close activities, including accruals, payroll journals, inventory provisions, FA depreciation, and credit card accruals
- Review OneStream reports (P&L, BS, TB), ensure posting accuracy, respond to queries, and perform comprehensive balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare/post payments and collections in the ERP (ABAS), perform bank reconciliations, and follow up on overdue invoices
- Post direct and indirect invoices and manage collection activities within the ERP
- Prepare and submit VAT returns, withholding tax, income tax, and other required local tax filings; fulfill national statistics and compliance obligations
- Handle intercompany cross-charges, confirmations, and reconciliations in line with internal policies
- Support business finance partners, assist in finance/global transformation projects, and respond to ad-hoc corporate and audit requests
- Process cost accounting entries, support US GAAP/statutory reconciliations, and ensure accurate mapping between statutory and US GAAP accounts
