Community Reentry Services Manager (WMS1) - Everett

The Department of Children, Youth, and Families (DCYF) is accepting applications for a Community Reentry Services Manager (WMS1) to assist the Regional Administrator in the planning, implementation, staff utilization and monitoring of regional parole and community services aftercare supports.

• Manage, supervise and direct staff, conduct timely employee evaluations, and ensure employees receive training to accomplish duties of position.
• Participate and promote strategies to address, recruit and develop a diverse and inclusive workplace.
• Assist and support DCYF Policy 10.03 Tribal Relations and the implementation of Tribal Residential Service Agreements.

• Nine years of professional experience in a management position overseeing significant project or program implementation in a social series or similar organization, AND one year of supervisory experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education, in Public Administration, Social Sciences or a closely allied field AND Five years of professional experience in a management position overseeing significant project or program implementation in a social series or similar organization, AND one year of supervisory experience.
• A Master’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher education, in Public Administration, Social Sciences or a closely allied field AND Four years of professional experience in a management position overseeing significant projector program implementation in a social services or similar organization, AND one year of supervisory experience.
