About the role

The Administrative Assistant supports the day-to-day activities of the Vice President and Senior Director of Corporate Communications while also assisting with overall operation of the Corporate Communications team.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the day-to-day activities of the Vice President and Senior Director of Corporate Communications
  • Assist with day-to-day activities for the Corporate Communications team
  • Serve as Office Ambassador (OA)
  • Oversees timely processing of legal contracts, scopes of work, etc.
  • Coordinates all purchasing requests, processes invoices and other relevant tasks

Requirements

  • Associate Degree preferred
  • 1-3 Years of related experience in a fast-paced environment
