About the role
The Administrative Assistant supports the day-to-day activities of the Vice President and Senior Director of Corporate Communications while also assisting with overall operation of the Corporate Communications team.
Responsibilities
- Manages the day-to-day activities of the Vice President and Senior Director of Corporate Communications
- Assist with day-to-day activities for the Corporate Communications team
- Serve as Office Ambassador (OA)
- Oversees timely processing of legal contracts, scopes of work, etc.
- Coordinates all purchasing requests, processes invoices and other relevant tasks
Requirements
- Associate Degree preferred
- 1-3 Years of related experience in a fast-paced environment
