About the role

Come join Ascension as the AVP of Workforce Management and lead system-level strategies that strengthen labor efficiency, financial performance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of enterprise-wide performance management procedures and strategies
  • Lead and forecast for target requirements
  • Develop system ministry level plans
  • Assess and optimize revenue opportunities
  • Recommend process improvement models for expense reduction

Requirements

  • Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
  • 7 years of experience required
  • 10 years of experience preferred
  • 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred
