About the role
Come join Ascension as the AVP of Workforce Management and lead system-level strategies that strengthen labor efficiency, financial performance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of enterprise-wide performance management procedures and strategies
- Lead and forecast for target requirements
- Develop system ministry level plans
- Assess and optimize revenue opportunities
- Recommend process improvement models for expense reduction
Requirements
- Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
- 7 years of experience required
- 10 years of experience preferred
- 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred
