About the role
Manage pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance oversight. Prepare, verify, and dispense prescriptions, collaborating with healthcare providers as needed. Oversee inventory management and storage of medications, including controlled substances, ensuring regulatory compliance. Maintain accurate records of patient information, inventory, insurance claims, and controlled substances. Monitor pharmacy appearance, manage product displays, and handle customer inquiries or complaints. Support new pharmacy openings and telepharmacy operations. Collaborate with Executive Leadership on operational strategies and staff development.

Requirements
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an ACPE-accredited program
- Active Indiana pharmacist license
- Certified immunizer
