Motorized Recreation Outreach Specialist - Natural Resource Specialist 2

Collaborating closely with enforcement staff and wildlife area managers, your primary focus will be promote appropriate motorized recreational opportunities on WDFW lands in the region, minimize the impact of motorized recreation on habitat and infrastructure, and foster public education and outreach initiatives.

• Foster public education and outreach initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree involving major study in forestry, agriculture, aquaculture, geology, recreation, or related natural science
• One (1) year of professional experience in a related natural resources specialty area
• Five (5) years of closely related professional experience in a natural resources specialty area
• Valid Driver’s License
• ATV and UTV Certifications (training provided and to be completed within 6 months of hire)
• First Aid/CPR (training provided and to be completed within 6 months of hire)
