About the role
The Customer Organization Engagement Specialist delivers on our Purpose by providing administrative and project support to the Employee Engagement & Insights Team. This role acknowledges Employee life events on behalf of Customer CARE Senior Leaders, coordinating run-of-show and prepping items for meetings and events, paying vendor invoices, reconciling budgets, and providing support to the Employee Engagement & Insights Team.
Responsibilities
- Participate actively in regularly scheduled meetings for both the Team and department to ensure successful results that meet the changing needs of SWA
- Assist in the delivery of projects on time, on target, and on budget
- Manage logistics for a variety of department initiatives
- Organize materials for meetings, presentations, and reports
- Capture notes and project flows into PowerPoint presentations
- Communicate with outside sources, vendors, Teams, and internal Customers via personal contact, telephone, and written correspondence
Requirements
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, note taking, designing forms, and other office procedures
- Knowledge of event and meeting planning
- Ability to think strategically and work independently
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and modify actions based on needs of the business
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility, common sense, and good judgment
- Ability to meet confidentiality expectations regarding confidential, proprietary, and sensitive Company information
