Costume Dresser

Be part of the magic of our theme park as a Dresser, where you’ll support performers and contribute to the seamless operation of show venues. In this fast-paced and collaborative role, you’ll assist performers with dressing, issue costumes, and carefully track costume usage. Additional responsibilities include performing basic costume maintenance and repairs, laundering costumes, and restocking racks with clean attire. Working closely with other team members, you’ll ensure smooth operations and prioritize the safety of guests and employees in all areas.

• Issue costumes to cast members and aide cast members in any assigned costume changing that is required
• Perform minor repairs at venue site as directed
• Perform all laundering duties and clean up duties at the venue site as directed. Check dry cleaning in/out
• May be cross-utilized at different venues, as operational needs require
• Promotes and provides extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answers questions and offers information in a courteous manner
• Understands and demonstrates the proper use of safety practices and ensures department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld
• Monitor and maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and guests of all ages, following all company guidelines and protocols
• Identify, de-escalate, and resolve conflicts or disturbances professionally and effectively to maintain a positive atmosphere
• Provide a positive and welcoming experience for guests of all ages while maintaining composure during difficult interactions
• Maintain a high level of trust and integrity to promote a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for customers and colleagues of all ages
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Must be 18 years old or older
• Previous dresser experience preferred
