Application Engineer, Gbl Tix Platform – Universal Studios Hollywood

The Application Engineer role is to implement and maintain vendor provided ticketing software applications across all Parks. This includes installation and implementation as well as troubleshooting while providing day-to-day support to existing software applications.

• Implement and maintain vendor provided ticketing software applications across all Parks
• Provide day-to-day application support on software systems at all Parks Technology locations
• Troubleshoot, analyze logs, replicate errors, determine root cause, and communicate findings

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience desired in one or more of the following fields: Computer Information Technology, Computer Programming and Analysis, Industrial Technology, Electronics Engineering Technology
• 3+ years of work experience in Technology, preferred in Technology Support roles with focus in Ticketing leveraging the Gateway Ticketing System and/or Accesso Horizon
