Responsibilities
- Responsible for the strategy, development and on-going leadership of associate benefits plans; including health, welfare and retirement benefits.
- Leads the benefit team on designing, implementing and managing competitive, innovative and cost-efficient programs within the organization’s total rewards value proposition.
Requirements
- Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 4 of those years being in leadership/management.
