Maintenance Tech II HVAC

Installs, operates and maintains the organization's heating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Develops and implements departmental equipment procedures for power outages. Assist in operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, electrical, locksmith, and alarm systems. Performs essential repairs and other duties as requested. Troubleshoots, tests, and repairs all HVAC mechanical machinery, equipment, systems, and physical structures as scheduled or needed under general supervision
