About the role

Office Assistant 3 (OA3) - Community Corrections Division

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk reception
  • Greet and direct clients, general public, and stakeholders
  • Manage a multi-line phone system
  • Make sure the public entry door is opened at 8:00 am and locked at 5:00 pm
  • Manage and maintain electronic and physical files
  • Database entry and retrieval from various systems
  • Assist with managing, tracking, and archiving PSI and field files
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Assist with ordering and stocking office supplies
  • Complete training as required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Six months of clerical and/or customer service experience
  • Basic level of proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must possess and maintain an unrestricted driver's license valid in the State of Washington
