Information Services Unpaid Intern

We are one of the most public facing state agencies and the second largest revenue generating agency in Washington State. We regularly interact with over 6 million Washington residents. We advance public safety and consumer protection through licensing, regulation, and education, and collect over $3 billion in revenue.

• Participate in IT service desk functions for the agency
• Provide software and hardware troubleshooting
• Perform hardware and software installation
• Create, view, update, and follow standardized documentation
• Learn consultation standards
• Perform research

• Current enrollment in an Information Technology or related college program
• The ability to understand and follow agency values of respect, trust, diversity, equity and inclusion through behaviors and decisions
