• Prepare operating rooms by setting up surgical instruments, equipment, and sterile drapes
• Assist surgeons and nursing staff during procedures by passing instruments and supplies
• Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques to prevent infections
• Accurately document patient information using Epic charting software
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and assist with post-operative care protocols

• High school diploma required
• Completion of an accredited surgical technology program
• Certification through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) required
• Minimum of two years of relevant operating room experience, as confirmed by a manager
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Strong computer literacy skills
