About the role
Conduct audits to identify risks and evaluate the effectiveness of operational, financial, compliance and technology controls. Responsible for the day-to-day execution of objectives on audit engagements including following the audit program and documenting work steps, and independently executing audit tasks.
Responsibilities
- Conduct audits to identify risks and evaluate the effectiveness of operational, financial, compliance and technology controls
- Responsible for the day-to-day execution of objectives on audit engagements
- Conduct interviews with key stakeholders to gather relevant information
- Develop a general understanding of current/emerging technologies, risks, and audit trends and practices
- Partner with Audit Lead and/or Manager to provide realistic and high-quality recommendations
Requirements
- Knowledge of internal controls related to financial, operational, technology, and/or compliance risk
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems
- Skilled in understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making
