• Design and deliver Integration and API platforms
• Evangelize the adoption of these platforms in partnership with EMEA CIO teams
• Govern global solution designs that leverage these platforms
• Hire, train and mentor software engineers in the specialization around Integration solutions
• Establish an API factory across development centers in Greece and India
• Develop reusable APIs for Digital Commercial Insurance segment and Digitally enabled Middle market and Major accounts segments

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
• 20+ years relevant work experience
• Deep knowledge of commercial and open-source products in the integration space
• Strong knowledge and experience of Business Rules
• Experience in legacy migration and integration
• Strong knowledge of cloud native architectures, full stack application and product development
