Senior Manager, Product Operations - Customer Support Experience

As a Senior Manager of Product Management at Capital One, you will drive strategy and execute on high priority projects for the company. You will work with smart and passionate people to deliver results that have a direct impact on the company’s bottom line.

• Elevate and champion Enterprise Data customer support agenda
• Develop sustainable feedback loops to address customer challenges
• Provide differentiated support experiences for key moments
• Display strong consulting and collaboration skills to work with partners to understand business problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution
• Identify ways to improve and streamline business processes
• Demonstrate organizational agility to adapt to changing demands and work in a dynamic environment
• Proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value out of target state tools & platforms

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• At least 8 Years of Project Management experience
• At least 1 year of People Management experience
• At least 4 years of experience in solutions architecture or client consultation service experience
