About the role

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and directed by RNs.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and resident responses.
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
  • Perform wound care, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of resident care, conditions, and observations.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
  • Respond promptly to resident needs and assist in emergent situations.
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses and other staff to develop and implement care plans.

Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
  • Licensed Practical Nurse issued by the state of North Dakota (LPN:ND)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association.
