CPE Supervisory Resident

Responsible for providing advanced pastoral care and spiritual support to patients, families, and employees. This position teaches and supervises students in providing pastoral care, ensuring they develop the necessary skills to support individuals of all ages and backgrounds. Additionally, this role engages in continuous learning from other disciplines to enhance competency in pastoral care education and modeling. In addition, this position actively participates in outstanding customer service and maintains respectful relationships. Ensures the effective implementation of pastoral care initiatives across various departments.
