• Juris Doctor Degree or international equivalent degree AND 6+ years' experience as a practicing attorney
• OR equivalent experience
• Active license to practice law in a jurisdiction and capable of meeting admission requirements in relevant jurisdiction
• 3+ years of experience in the following: In-house counsel experience, Cloud computing, AI, and other cutting-edge technologies and the related legal issues
• Contract negotiation, legal drafting, and communications skills
• Legal analysis, risk tolerance, and managing stakeholder priorities
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to solve complex issues through collaboration to generate consensus across diverse points of view
• Working in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment
• Working in an evolving business environment addressing new strategies and transformation
• Project management skills to work efficiently and meet deadlines in the face of competing priorities
