Senior Hardware Program Mgr | Microsoft Careers

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end hardware programs from requirements through launch
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement features, processes, and workflows for Azure hardware and SKU enablement
  • Align stakeholders and manage execution through key milestones
  • Provide clear program updates and insights to leadership
  • Track product and program performance using key metrics and KPIs
  • Navigate complex technical and business challenges, driving resolution and delivering impact
  • Own product specs, BOMs, release management, and engineering build coordination
  • Oversee design verification and ensure timely bug closure

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
  • OR equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience leading programs in cloud hardware infrastructure product development
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
  • Proven track record of successful program management and cross-functional leadership
  • Experience with facilitation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across all organizational levels
  • Proven ability to prioritize and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
