Responsibilities

  • Define and champion the BPR roadmap for Worldwide Sales
  • Identify and prioritize key capabilities and process improvement opportunities
  • Develop and articulate a clear vision for process excellence within WW Sales
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of BPR analysts, project managers, and/or Salesforce solution architects
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple complex BPR programs and projects
  • Apply an execution model that ensures E2E cross-functional alignment, planning, and collaboration for dependent capabilities in a highly complex environment

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Business Process Re-engineering, Sales Operations, Management Consulting, or a related field
  • 5+ years of proven experience leading and managing teams, including managers (M2 level experience)
  • Deep expertise in sales methodologies, sales tools (e.g., CRM, Contracts Lifecycle, Financial payments, Reporting), and the end-to-end sales lifecycle in a global enterprise
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale, complex process transformation programs from conception to successful implementation
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions
  • Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences, including executive leadership
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and experience driving organizational adoption
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working in a global organization, understanding regional nuances and driving global standardization where appropriate
