Leading the HR functions Universal Kids Resort while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Providing guidance on policy implementation, administration/processing, talent acquisition payroll, employee relations, talent and organization development and Team Member experiences.

• Leading the HR functions Universal Kids Resort while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Providing guidance on policy implementation, administration/processing, talent acquisition payroll, employee relations, talent and organization development and Team Member experiences.

• 10+ years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist required. At least 5 years’ experience in a management/leadership role; or equivalent combination of education and experience
