Organizational Development Manager

The Organizational Development Manager will lead Turning the Tide, our agency-wide culture change initiative

• Coordinate, track, and advance efforts to modernize internal culture, improve communication, and strengthen leadership behaviors across the organization
• Collaborate across departments and with executive leadership to influence action owners, facilitate accountability, and advance agency-wide adoption of cultural change

• Demonstrated experience leading organizational, cultural, or strategic change initiatives
• Ability to translate high-level goals or legislative mandates into actionable strategies, tools, and frameworks
