Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or marketing
- Experience developing and pitching solutions through various channels
- Ability to communicate in Japanese and English fluently
- Experience in media across a variety of platforms
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Experience in sales in a technology, advertising, media sales, or internet environment
- Experience with Google Ads and YouTube account management
- Ability to work in a changing environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders
- Ability to build trusted relationships with customers
- Ability to drive customer growth
- Ability to deliver an outstanding customer sales experience
- Ability to achieve customer business/marketing objectives
- Ability to own the full cycle business process
