About the role

Claims Associate Dutch Speaker (6 months) - Madrid Based - Chubb External Careers Are you looking for an exciting entry-level opportunity in the commercial claims field, where you can receive comprehensive training and eventually become a skilled Claims Processor? Are you a Dutch speaker? If so, this role might be the perfect fit for you!

Role Purpose: The Claims Trainee role is an essential part of the CE Claims Hub team, responsible for assisting with claim administrative tasks for other European clusters. As a Claims Trainee, you will provide various administrative services to support customers throughout the claims process. This entry-level position offers excellent opportunities for growth and development in commercial claims. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you become a skilled Claims Processor and a valuable member of the Madrid Hub team.

Key Responsibilities: Claims Processes & Practices: Assist in the timely delivery of claims administrative tasks, working closely with the hub team leader and Claims Processors, applying appropriate tools and best practices to ensure efficiency. Ensure data quality and integrity by accurately entering claims data and maintaining documentation in relevant systems, demonstrating attention to detail. Focusing on Customers: Provide high-quality service for various claim administration tasks and standard settlements, ensuring customer needs are met with professionalism and care. Support customers throughout the claims process, maintaining a customer-centric approach in all interactions. Knowledge of Insurance Industry: Apply basic knowledge of commercial insurance to claims administration tasks, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Stay current on insurance practices to enhance claims processing accuracy and efficiency. Knowledge of my Organization: Adhere to the best practices outlined in the Madrid Hub 'Playbook' and EMEA claims processes and protocols, ensuring alignment with organizational standards. Collaborate with the hub team leader and colleagues to foster strong partnerships and ensure smooth operations. Internal Development: Continuously develop technical and claims administration skills through on-the-job training, committing to personal growth and development.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Advanced level in English (C1)
  • Native/bilingual proficiency in Dutch
  • Bachelor’s degree in law
  • Basic knowledge of commercial insurance
