About the role

Delta Air Lines’ Operations & Customer Center (OCC) is seeking qualified co-op students, available for a minimum of 3 alternating work terms (Summer 2026, Spring 2027, and Fall 2027). OCC Co-Ops will be assigned to one of the teams that support Delta’s 24/7 operation.

Responsibilities

  • Support initiatives that uphold Delta’s commitment to operational reliability and elevate the customer experience
  • Contribute to ensuring the highest levels of safety and efficiency in commercial flight operations through real-time decision-making and coordination
  • Work with aviation professionals, supporting our teams by using data to solve operational business challenges

Requirements

  • Undergraduate students in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Aviation Management or similar 4-year degree program
  • Must be available to work for three alternating semesters in Atlanta, GA, Monday through Friday 8AM – 5PM work schedule
  • Must be enrolled with educational institution throughout duration of co-op program
