About the role
WA Cares Fund - Benefits and Customer Care Team - Intake Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Participate in facilitated and self-guided training to learn about the WA Cares program
- Work with the Intake Program Manager to hire, onboard, and train new team members
- Assign, prioritize, audit, and review work assignments of the Intake Specialists
- Evaluate the training needs of staff
- Partner with other supervisors and managers to coordinate program operations
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree and four years of experience in planning, policy analysis, coordination and consultation with a variety of public and private agencies, organizations, and/or levels of government
- A master’s degree and two years of experience, in planning, policy analysis, coordination and consultation with a variety of public and private agencies, organizations, and/or levels of government and supervisory experience
- Eight years of professional/practical experience in planning, policy analysis, coordination and consultation with a variety of public and private agencies, organizations, and/or levels of government
