About the role
ETPMO Manager (IT Project Management)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial TSD contact point for all WSDOT Business Divisions and Offices (Business Units) requesting new IT-related projects and initiatives.
- Ensure IT Project Teams meet their assigned goals and objectives by requiring all IT Projects to be input, managed, and reported using the Project Web Application (PWA)/Portfolio Project Management (PPM) tool and standard processes.
- Manage the ETPMO Business Unit that is responsible for performing IT Business Analysis, IT Project Management, and delivery of critical, high-risk, and Enterprise-wide Information Technology solutions for all of WSDOT.
- Maintain compliance with all RCWs, WaTech and WSDOT TSD Policies, Standards, and Guidelines.
- Support TSD Executive Management in the planning, scheduling, preparing, and facilitating Enterprise Technology Board (ETB) meetings and quarterly Portfolio review meetings.
- Participate in inter-agency and professional Information Technology Project Management and Technology workgroups and activities.
