Behavioral Specialist in School Setting

A full-time, on-site position is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide specialized behavioral support within K-12 schools.

• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and support plans for students, particularly those in autism classrooms
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop effective behavior management strategies
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Provide training and guidance to school personnel on behavioral techniques and plans
• Ensure compliance with all licensure requirements and ethical guidelines

• Active BCBA licensure
• Experience working in K-12 educational settings, preferred experience with autism
• Strong skills in designing and implementing individualized behavioral supports
• Ability to manage multiple caseloads across varying school sites
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
