Sr. Agency Relationship Manager - Chubb External Careers

Chubb Personal Risk Services is seeking an Agency Relationship Manager (ARM) to support our Dallas, Texas branch.

• Develop agency assessments and business plans with assigned independent agents
• Manage renewal retention by effectively communicating rate and exposure changes
• Implement best practices for premier account segment renewal management
• Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives for existing clients
• Follow up on existing customer quotes and optimize quoting processes with agents
• Support assigned agencies on relationship management and sales development

• Demonstrated history of consistently high sales performance
• Strong skills in producer management, relationship development, and documentation
• Proven ability to proactively identify challenges and opportunities
• Agile learner who quickly absorbs new information and applies it to evolving business situations
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and value-based selling abilities
