• Organization and a strong attention to detail for producing quality audits on a regular basis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members and other stakeholders.
• Complete quality audits, as required, to ensure project quality standards are met and maintained.
• Creating and maintaining documentation for the role and as requested by others.
• Produce reports and metrics on a routine basis.
• Collaborate with other team members on ‘internal’ team projects.
• Ability to work well within a team and support team members effectively.
• Strong skills in maintaining and organizing documentation and records.
• Create, maintain and improve tools as requested by leadership.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs.

• Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
