Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor. Build executive relationships with enterprise customers to influence their technology and business decisions.
  • Become an expert on the customer's business including their market position, and their company and corresponding business unit strategies.
  • Influence customer’s Artificial Intelligence (AI), data, infrastructure, and security strategy by aligning to growth plans, business drivers, financial structure, customer base, vertical market offering and engaged landscape.
  • Lead account strategy to develop business growth opportunities, work cross-functionally with multiple teams and Google Partners to maximize business impact within enterprise customers.
  • Partner with some of the Financial Services Industry (FSI) customers in the market and helping to position Google Cloud Platform (GCP) solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a Business-to-Business (B2B) software company.
  • Experience in working with enterprise customers.
  • Preferred qualifications: Experience with promoting Cloud Solutions, Infrastructure Software, Databases, Investigative Tools, or Applications Software within the telecommunication industry, aligning solutions to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience in growing existing customer bases and acquiring new logos.
  • Experience in working with, and leading, cross-functional teams and partners in implementations and negotiations.
  • Experience in managing C-level relationships and collaborating with executives.
  • Experience in managing enterprise customers in the FSI space.
  • Experience in working with Customer Engineers and customer's technical leads to inventory software estate, define migration plans, and build migration business cases.
