Stepdown Nurse (RN)

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients transitioning from intensive care to general medical-surgical units. Monitor patient conditions closely and respond to changes promptly. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Educate patients and their families on care plans and recovery processes. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in Stepdown or progressive care nursing preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
