Sr. Business Director, EPX Product Operations

As a Senior Business Director at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. You’ll team with world-class professionals to develop and test strategies that ultimately impact the bottom line.

• Partnering closely with EPX senior leadership to advance shared goals and support labor & talent planning
• Leading cross-functional problem solving and operational planning for large horizontal programs that span across EPX
• Building and lead a diverse team of BAs, Product, and Project Managers
• Shaping the strategic agenda for how we attract and grow great Product Managers and enable them to build innovative products at Capital One

• Bachelor’s Degree in any quantitative field (Business, Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Science, Engineering)
• At least 2 years of experience in quantitative analysis
• At least 2 years of experience in qualitative analysis
• At least 2 years of experience in people management
• At least 2 years of experience in project management
