Responsibilities
- Provide Salesforce Service Cloud & FSC Insurance Expertise
- Engineer enterprise-scale insurance data models
- Design complex case hierarchies
- Lead implementation of advanced Omni-Channel configurations
- Advanced Integration Patterns
- Leadership & Strategic Vision
- Mentor teams on out of the box capabilities
- Lead a team of Software engineers
- Direct complex design, development, analysis, configuration, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, documenting, health monitoring/alerting, and implementation
Requirements
- 5 years of related experience
- Demonstrated experience implementing current technology trends and techniques
- Interprets internal/ external business challenges and recommends best practices
- Delivery – Advanced delivery skills
- Domain Expertise – Demonstrated track record of domain expertise
- Problem Solving – Strong problem solver
