Application Systems Engineer

We’re looking for an Application Delivery & Support Engineer to manage and support both on-premise and cloud-based systems. This role focuses on application performance, deployment, and troubleshooting, with a strong emphasis on reliability, automation, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Monitor application performance and health
• Respond to support issues and troubleshoot software problems
• Participate in DevOps processes for deployment and management
• Maintain uptime over 99.9% through proactive support and process improvement
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery documentation and execution plans
• Provide audit support and evidence documentation
• Participate in on-call rotation

• Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
• 3–5 years in Windows Server administration
• 3–5 years supporting fat client and web-based applications with SQL Server backends
• 2+ years supporting system integrations (web services/APIs via IIS)
• 2+ years using automated build/provisioning tools
