About the role
As an Administrative Assistant in Hardware Technology, you’ll serve as the center hub of our department, coordinating between Apple’s employees and the outside world.
Responsibilities
- Managing team logistics
- Purchasing
- Asset inventory management
- Facilities management
- Access management and audits
- Maintaining office supplies
- Financial reconciliation for team purchases
Requirements
- 3 years admin experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Experience managing complex calendars
- Experience managing various projects and events
- High proficiency with Apple Calendar, Keynote, Pages, Slack, and Excel/Numbers
