About the role

As an Administrative Assistant in Hardware Technology, you’ll serve as the center hub of our department, coordinating between Apple’s employees and the outside world.

Responsibilities

  • Managing team logistics
  • Purchasing
  • Asset inventory management
  • Facilities management
  • Access management and audits
  • Maintaining office supplies
  • Financial reconciliation for team purchases

Requirements

  • 3 years admin experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Experience managing complex calendars
  • Experience managing various projects and events
  • High proficiency with Apple Calendar, Keynote, Pages, Slack, and Excel/Numbers
