Co-op, Crew Resources - Crew Tracking - Operations Travel Desk (Spring 2026)

Delta Crew Tracking and Operations Travel Desk (OTD) seeks a Co-op to help deliver data-driven solutions and automation aimed at continually improving Crew Tracking and OTD strategy and decision-making. The Co-op will work directly with the team responsible for tackling a wide range of interesting and challenging projects that contribute directly to Delta's operational reliability and regulatory compliance.

• Identifying existing manual processes that can be improved via data automation and designing/implementing a replacement, delivering solutions to help reduce task completion time and increase accuracy, and utilizing project management skills to ensure all tasks are completed on time and on budget.
• Help gather and tabulate feedback to better understand the team's daily workload and highlight opportunities to reduce that workload.
• Collaborate on the documentation of new and existing processes so the team has the tools necessary to do their job consistently and effectively.

• Knowledge of SQL or Database query tool(s); SAS preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies, preferred, but not required
• Outside of the box thinking
• Strong organizational, project management, and personal management skills
• Robust verbal and written communication skills at all levels
• Ability to work well in teams
• Must be currently enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows and strong computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite including: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VBA, and Access. Experience working extensively with Microsoft Sharepoint preferred, but not required.
